They even made reservations for us at local restaurants and helped us with car rental. The hotel itself was cozy and impeccably clean, with a perfect location near a beautiful beach. We felt like part of the family during our stay!
the AC in our room blew directly onto the bed, which was a bit inconvenient during the night. However, overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall enjoyable experience at the hotel.
